Inside Sales Representative

TKO, a leading fitness and sporting goods manufacturer seeks a dynamic and creative individual for an Inside Sales position to support our growing sales team. This position is located in the corporate offices in Houston, TX.

Position Description

The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with sales, customer service and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and exceed monthly sales quotas, while increasing customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
• Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.

Position Requirements

• Superior organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor Degree required; preferably in business.
• Minimum of 1-3 years in similar position preferred.
